Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policies

BOOKING WINDOW 

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins not accepted. Classes will be  available to book on a fourteen(14) day rolling schedule. To book, you must have  valid class credits and/or an active membership with a credit card on file. 

CHECKING IN 

You may check-in via your mobile app before you arrive or when you get to the  studio. Clients are responsible for checking themselves in at the kiosk before  class. Even if you’ve checked in on your app ensure you are marked on the  kiosk.  

LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS 

We are unable to accept late arrivals due to the nature of our classes. Please  arrive to your class on time or strict late cancel and no show policies and fees  apply. Doors lock at the start of class. 

We kindly ask that you cancel your class within 10 hours of start time allow other  clients to book in and avoid fees. If you do not attend a class and do not cancel, it will be considered a no-show, resulting in fees.  

We do not accept cancellations via text or email. Please use the booking site or  mobile app to do this.  

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time we hold for your  practice and others in our community. 

LOW ATTENDANCE POLICY  

Āyu – All classes with at least 2 booked clients will be held, otherwise the class  will be cancelled with at least 3 hours notice.  

Drip – All classes with at least 4 booked clients will be held, otherwise the class  will be cancelled with at least 3 hours notice. 

WAITLISTS 

When you sign up for a waitlisted spot you are committing to that class. If you  do not get into the class, or decide to cancel off off the waitlist you will receive a  class credit back to your account to use for future bookings. 

When a spot opens, waitlisted guests will be notified via text/app and  automatically added to the class in order of booking.  

Please be aware you can be automatically added into a class from the waitlist  up to 1 hour before the class. If you decide you no longer want your spot on the  waitlist, please be sure to remove yourself to allow other members to move up  the list. 

If you are added into the class, our standard cancellation policy and no-show  policies apply.  

CLASS PREPARATION 

Āyu Pilates offers Pilates classes on the Reformer. The classes may prompt the  client to utilize hand or ankle weights. Music may contain explicit  language.Please notify your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions. 

  • Grip socks are mandatory and can be purchased in studio.  
  • Bring a towel and water  

Drip by Āyu offers both infrared heated & non-heated Pilates and strength  classes on the mat. The classes will utilize props and weights. Music may  contain explicit language. Please modify your instructor of any injuries or  medical conditions prior to the start of class.  

  • Grips socks and mat towels mandatory 
  • Bring water 
  • No shoes in the studio room 

NEW CLIENTS  

New to Āyu? Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get  acquainted with your Reformer. If it’s your first class and you are late we may  need to reschedule you for everyone’s safety.

STUDIO POLICIES:  

  • Please be on your reformer/mat before the start time of class. We recommend  arriving early. Doors will lock at the start of class.  
  • Grip socks are required for all classes for your safety and hygiene. If you don’t  have any we have them for purchase in studio. 
  • Mat towels are required for all heated classes. We have them available for rent  or purchase in studio.  
  • Safety is our top priority, which is why our trained instructors may provide  gentle hands on corrections during class to ensure clients maintain proper form  and stay safe 
  • Cleanliness is key. Clients are responsible for wiping down any equipment they  use after class to keep the studio hygienic and fresh. Thank you for your  cooperation! 
  • No outside shoes may be worn in the studio area.  
  • We only accept cards or apple pay, no cash or check.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

All class credits are final sale. No refunds or extensions. 

The client is responsible for keeping track of expiration dates.  If you purchased a clothing retail item from Āyu or Drip, you can return said item  within seven (7) days for your money back. The item must be in new, unworn  condition with the tags still attached. No returns will be permitted after seven (7)  days. All food/beverage products will be final sale. 

PHONES/CAMERAS  

No recording during class allowed to allow for privacy of all members. But  please feel free to record/take photos before or after class and remember to tag  us! If instructors need to record for marketing purposes they will ask for  permission before doing so. Please see Waiver of Liability for further detail.  

Please take any text messages or phone calls outside of the studio to not  interrupt the rest of the class.
