Sami Ung
Sami is the founder of Āyu Pilates, a contemporary studio built on the philosophy that mindful movement can honor both strength and softness. With a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and biomechanics; while her training in yoga, breath work and energy work infuses a holistic dimension into every class. Her teaching style is equal parts athletic and soulful – grounded in alignment, fueled by rhythm and elevated by presence. Sami believes that Pilates is more than exercise; it is a practice of connection. Her classes are designed to be a space where challenge meets flow and where every beat and breath carries you deeper into your own potential. She loves a good sweat and the kind of playlist that lifts you higher, reminding each client that movement should feel as joyful as it is transformative.
